DDC Assurance Lab focuses on technical assurance activities where implementation behaviour, authority, provenance, or verification quality matters.
System assurance
Evaluate whether an implemented system behaves according to defined requirements and boundaries.
Agent assurance
Evaluate delegated authority, tool use, privilege boundaries, state transitions, and governed execution.
Conformance assessment
Compare an implementation to a defined specification, requirement set, or control statement.
Evidence assurance
Evaluate whether evidence is complete, attributable, reproducible, and sufficient for the claimed conclusion.
Security assurance
Challenge system behaviour under adverse inputs, failure conditions, ambiguity, and attempted boundary expansion.
Closure / re-review
Determine whether a previously identified finding has been corrected, without treating closure as proof of unrelated properties.
Assessment boundaries
An assessment result is valid only for the identified scope, version, evidence, environment, and test conditions. DDCAL does not treat a successful assessment as universal proof of safety, security, correctness, or future behaviour.
Terminology: DDCAL currently provides independent technical assessment and assurance. It does not represent its work as accredited testing or accredited certification.
